status	Meaning
`awaiting_deposit`	Order open; waiting for your signed deposit to confirm.
`exchanging`	Deposit seen (`depositHash`); the exchange is executing.
`completed`	Paid out: `payoutHash` on the destination chain, `expectedReceive` final.
`failed` / `expired` / `refunded` / `cancelled`	Terminal. `reason` carries the exchange's wording; a refund goes to `refundAddress` (your wallet by default).
`awaiting_send` → `sent`	Direct transfers: tell us the signature with `POST /api/transfer/:id/sent {hash}`.

If it fails or stalls

When the status is terminal, or the order has not completed 30 minutes after the deposit confirmed, the answer adds help: what happened, what to do, our support (t.me/trenchytools) and the exchange route's own support (Telegram bot and email), with the exact details to include — orderId, depositHash, the deposit address, the time, the destination. The provider's name appears only here and in receipt.
